No prior yoga experience necessary – our program focuses on your unique needs and goals for the safe and healthy development, conditioning, or recovery of your body.
Yoga therapy helps you:
- Transition from physiotherapy rehabilitation to full-body integration of flexibility and strength
- Maintain strength and flexibility in the rest of your body without compromising the injury while working through a physiotherapy treatment program
- Improve your fitness, flexibility, performance, and wellbeing with private yoga lessons.
Yoga therapy can also:
- Relieve persistent aches and pains throughout your body
- Correct breathing patterns to reduce fatigue, stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances
- Aid women’s issues such as pre/post natal, post natural or caesarean childbirth; post miscarriage; body conditioning for motherhood; and safe fitness guidance after hysterectomy and other female surgeries.
You’re welcome whether you’re an athlete or non-athlete. Wear exercise clothing that is not too loose fitting. Bring your yoga mat, or we will provide one for you.
